Sandee Chalik, our occupational therapist at Newgrange, and Caryn Johnson, Associate Professor and Fieldwork Coordinator at Thomas Jefferson University, presented a scientific poster at the annual American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) National Conference, in April. The AOTA conference provides an opportunity for over 7,ooo occupational therapists from across the USA and other countries to connect, collaborate, strategize and share the latest evidence from OT programs and research. The poster highlights the fieldwork internship program that was created at Newgrange and the value it brings to our school and to the OT fieldwork interns.
